Biography

Chris is the  State Member of Parliament for the seat of Kaurna which contains Adelaide's southern coastal suburbs from Port Noarlunga to Aldinga Beach.

Chris is a trained Lawyer in his 30s and has worked in public policy for more than a decade, particularly to improve public health services. He previously worked as an adviser to the Federal Attorney-General and took on big tobacco companies - a fight that went all the way to the High Court. He also worked with John Hill to improve health services in South Australia delivering more doctors and nurses for SA hospitals.

Chris was educated at public schools in Adelaide and then graduated from Law at Flinders University. Chris will fight for our local schools to ensure they get the best teachers and their fair share of funding.

Chris believes we live in the best part of the state and is working hard to make it even better. He’s listening to residents across the South and isn’t afraid to stand up on our behalf.

Chris lives in Port Noarlunga with his wife Connie and daughter Anna. When he has time he enjoys swimming, cycling, photography and cooking a barbeque for his friends and family.
